At Modern Century Loft at the Pillars, we’re dedicated to delivering a refined and worry-free stay. To help us prepare for your arrival, we kindly ask that you complete the following steps in advance:
★ Guest Portal Access/Renter's Agreement/ID
Prior to arrival, you’ll receive a Pre-Check-In email or message via your booking platform with a link to your secure Guest Portal.
Within the portal, please:
✔️ Confirm your reservation details
✔️ Upload a valid government-issued ID (main guest, age 21+)
✔️ Digitally sign the Renter’s Agreement, outlining the key terms of your stay
Completing these steps unlocks your access codes for a smooth, contact-free check-in.
💳 Security Deposit
A $300 refundable deposit will be authorized to your card 3 days prior to arrival and released within 7 days of departure. (Airbnb guests are covered under AirCover—no deposit required.)
Maximum Occupancy
• Overnight: up to 5 guests
• Day visitors: up to 4 (non-overnight)
• Unregistered guests: $30 per person, per night

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, in accordance with enhanced COVID-19 protocols.

• First-floor apartment in a multi-unit building (one unit above)
• Split-level design with a partial lower level
• Small step-down entry and a door that opens partially due to original architecture
• Marked floor bump near the entrance—please watch your step
• Occasional ambient sounds from neighboring units may be heard

• No central HVAC or thermostat
• Heating is provided by radiators and portable heaters
