WELCOME TO 180 LEGACY TRAIL, WHERE LIFE SLOWS AND EVERY DAY IS 180° FROM ORDINARY.

Designed with large gatherings in mind, this beautifully furnished 3,700 square foot home is located on the 16th hole of Prospector Golf Course and has a small park just steps outside the front door. Other area attractions within walking distance include Swiftwater Winery, The Stovehouse Restaurant, Dawson Park, the Swim and Fitness Center, Suncadia Lodge and Glade Springs Spa.

Inside the home, an open concept layout provides the perfect year-round setting for relaxing and entertaining. Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring the outside in, showcasing the main floor’s fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The large food-prep island seats three (3) and the kitchen offers plenty of counter space for making home cooked meals. High-end appliances such as the Sub-Zero Classic 48” fridge and freezer, Wolf 60” double oven with 6 burners and built-in griddle, Miele dishwasher, and Thermador microwave drawer will make your stay ultra-luxurious. The thoughtfully appointed cabinets and drawers contain all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, gadgets, prep dishes, serve ware, bake ware, kid friendly dishes and more to make you feel right at home.

Off the kitchen resides the dining area, wet bar complete with ice machine and great room. The dining area has a round table with seating for eight (8). If you pull up a few extra stools stationed in the great room, ten (10) can eat together comfortably (plus 3 more at the kitchen island). The expansive great room fireplace takes center stage making it possible to keep everyone at that just right temperature while relaxing on comfortable seating and enjoying entertainment provided by the 75” smart TV and Sonos sound system.

Sliding glass doors off the kitchen, great room, and main floor bedrooms open to an expansive patio oasis. Relax, dine, and soak in the serene golf course views from the covered patio featuring a sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs that accommodate ten (10), gas BBQ, seven (7)-person spa, fire pit, and eight (8) Adirondack chairs flanking the fire pit and lawn areas.

Back inside, the heated garage has been converted into a game room with ping pong and air hockey tables plus a 55" Smart TV and comfy seating. Large groups will also appreciate the mud room with tons of storage, built in bench and coat rack, additional refrigerator/freezer for all your food and beverage needs, and large capacity Electrolux washer and dryer, and there’s a powder room conveniently located on the main floor.

All five (5) bedrooms have 43” smart TVs and private bathrooms: the main floor has two (2) bedrooms with king beds; upstairs has two (2) bedrooms with king beds, a bunk room with two (2) twin over full bunk beds that sleeps 6 (plus a tub/shower combination perfect for the kiddos!), and a den with a desk (perfect for remote work or school), 55” flat screen smart TV, and a sofa.

Suncadia is a growing community so please note that construction may be seen and heard. To minimize disruption for our guests, there are strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work; those hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Please message owner with any questions in this regard.

Please Note:

-This home is NOT part of the Suncadia Rental program so access to the Fitness and Swim Center and Nelson Pool is NOT included as part of your stay

-Two (2) -three (3) night minimum stay, four (4) night minimum stay other times such as holidays

-Check-in at 4pm, Check-Out at 11am

-Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $250 PER DOG for 4 or less days and $400 PER DOG for 5 or more days ( 1 dog max). More than 1 pre-approved pet will forfeit your reservation and payments.

-Events will be considered with PRE APPROVAL ONLY so please contact owner before booking property to discuss event details. Additional fees and deposit required for all events and a separate event rental agreement in addition to the general home rental agreement will be required.

-Gatherings of any kind at our home with guests not staying at the home or included in the rental max occupancy (14 people) may result in additional fees or fines, and/or possible eviction.

-Overnight street parking NOT allowed. This includes no parking on any vegetation, i.e. grass, plants, etc. as this is a fire hazard and strictly enforced.

-Note that trash service occurs every Friday morning so cars will need to park in a way that will allow for our trash service to enter/exit the exterior trash room door to empty the bins.

-Other routine maintenance such as hot tub service and seasonal lawn service occurs during the weekdays. These visits are generally short in nature and should not disrupt your stay. We will always do our best to inform you in advance of regular routine maintenance services!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The home is beautifully designed, maintained, and equipped. The game room was a huge hit with the adults and our teen, and the kids’ toy room kept the 6- and 3-year-olds happily entertained.The kitchen was a standout—we loved cooking together, and with the high-end appliances, we had everything we needed and more. The open layout made it easy to hang out together, and the living room with its big TV was the perfect spot to unwind after fun in the snow.Though we didn’t use the patio much due to the weather, we did make great use of the grill, which was easy to use. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax.Overall, 180 Legacy was the perfect spot for our winter getaway. We felt right at home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, fun, and luxurious retreat for a group!

Beautiful gateway for the holidays..

We stayed at the house for New Years celebration. It was a beautiful, clean, spacious house. It had everything a family needs including plenty of dishes, pots, coffee, laundry etc.. every bedroom has a restroom which was very convenient. It’s a ten min walk to the lodge. Highly recommend it. The owner was very responsive which we appreciated. She put up a beautiful Christmas tree as well. We created amazing memories at this house and will be back.

Wonderful property

Beautiful home and property. Having en suites for all the bedrooms was especially nice with multiple families under one roof. Outdoor areas also very nice for gathering, eating, playing and visiting. Kids loved the ping pong and air hockey. Owners clearly went out of their way to provide high end everything for a memorable stay. Lots of outdoor activities close by offer a "something for everyone" experience. We had a wonderful time.

An Excellent House for a family get-together

Our experience with the house and the property manager (Natalie) was TRULY OUTSTANDING! A beautiful house, well maintained, clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. A family gathering out at the fire pit with furnished s'mores was so memorable. The amenities, high quality supplies in the house were much appreciated. Basically - we wanted for nothing. AWESOME RENTAL

This is our third 3-generation family Christmas at Suncadia. The first two were through the resort; this one was through VRBO. While we missed access to the pool with a non-resort rental, this property was by far the best. It was clean, beautifully located, stocked with EVERYTHING of the highest quality, and well designed for a group our size (14) with 5 bedrooms (each with a bathroom plus a half-bath for good measure). Owner-hostess Natalie had Christmas decorations up and treats as a surprise on our arrival. She encouraged communication and proved responsive whenever we had questions or comments. Before we arrived, we knew precisely what was included/not included, what we needed to bring (our own snow sleds, cross-country skis, etc.). There was much enjoyment of the hot tub, game room, huge assortment of board games, wi-fi access, and many TV sets (so many football games!). All agreed: we hope to return! Thank you.

A wonderful stay

A beautiful home, very comfortable for 2 families of 4 + one grandma (9 total) to hang out, play games, cook, eat and enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, garage game room and surroundings. Home is as described and host is very responsive. Kitchen is very well appointed.

Wonderful Suncadia Escape

Excellent house, so well stocked, feels like a high end hotel which is exactly what we wanted. Great house set up with all ensuites and wonderful indoor/outdoor living. Our kids loved the little park across the street and adults loved being on the patio, watching the nature and the golfers go by. Highly recommend.

Best house in Suncadia!

Second time we have stayed at this property. House is truly special. Layout that works for multiple families, great outdoor space, perfect location and very comfortable home! Kitchen and bar is fully stocked with everything you can need. Huge main refrigerator and extra fridge in mud room. Garage has several games, and home is stocked with fun board games, cards etc..bedding is VERY comfortable. King sized pillows, lux towels, blankets for outdoors, and great pool towels. We love this house and thank Natalie for her warm hospitality.
