„We checked in late at night and once we got up to our room immediately as we opened the room door there were 4 roaches that came running out. The bathroom had snot all over it and the bed sheets were covered in dirt. We told staff and they handed us a bottle of DRAIN FLY SPRAY and said they would have the cleaning staff to our room first thing in the morning. We left our room the next morning around 11am came back by 4pm and the room was not cleaned. Asked the staff to make sure the room gets ...

„Room was clean. Everything looked fine. The shower took forever to get hot water, but it did eventually. The front desk manager was extremely rude when there was a disagreement or misunderstanding. They wanted to charge me twice even though the payment went through the first time. And just because it didn’t show up on their end, they kept trying to turn me away from my booking and suggest I come back the next day, which is crazy considering I had already booked AND PAYED for the upcoming 2 ...

The Expedia photos are misleading. The night clerk was dismissive, saying he couldn’t “keep showing us rooms.” We got to bed after 2 ...

„Amazing hotel! Beautiful and very convenient location.“
