Hi, We checked in at 11 pm on 1/31. We realized in an hour than heating is not working so we called front desk. It was 61, 62 degrees inside and really really cold. She was unable to fix it or move our room bc there was no availability. Also, I’ve a special needs child and he was already asleep . The heating didn't work all night. It was very cold with temperatures around 30 degree. We informed front desk again this am and they were unable to fix it , told us there’s something wrong . We checked out. No compensation and they asked us to contact Expedia. Please reply to me as I don’t think this is fair to pay full price for a service that was not fulfilled.
