The backyard has been upgraded as well and there is plenty of space for enjoying the outdoors for kids and adults. For the adults, there is an outdoor patio bar in the backyard with a wine a beverage cooler where you can enjoy your drink of choice while watching sports or your favorite program on our 75 inch TV. For the kids, there is a playground that they can have fun playing with.

Guest access
Guests who book the property will have the entire place all to themselves. You have complete access to everything on the property and make use of all of its amenities.

The front and back yards are for your enjoyment as well as the playground in the backyard is for your kids to enjoy. We have a hot tub in the backyard which can be used for an additional fee of $35/reservation.

Guests can park up to 3 cars in the driveway. There is also free parking available on the street.

The property is located a few minutes from San Diego bay and most major retailers like Target, Costco and Walmart are less than 3 miles away.

Trash pick up occurs every Wednesday AM. Should your reservation fall on Tuesday we ask that the trash and recycle bins please be rolled to the street before Wednesday AM.

Noise will be limited after 10:00 no matter what day of the week to respect the neighbors, no smoking will be allowed inside the house (there will be a fine if there is the smell of smoke found inside the house of $350)
