This place is fine; the beds are clean and generally comfortable and the bathroom was clean too. The biggest issue was the heating. The back bedroom has a drafty door to the outside and even with the heat on the provided space heater we struggled to get it about 45 degrees in there. The nest thermostat was also programmed (unbeknownst to us) to turn the heat to 50 degrees during the day, so we'd come back and have to wear our hats and coats until it warmed up. Add to that the fact that the the first bedroom has a window which looks out to a laundry room (??) and the dryer would beep randomly at night very loudly. In addition, the kitchen is not stocked (not even basic spices), there's no provided hair dryer, and generally it feels like a poorly staged college apartment. Again, everything was clean but it was not a comfortable stay by any means. I will not be staying here again.
