* No parties or events of any kind (including birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette stays). NO PARTY $1000 fine policy. You may be evicted without refund.

* Registered guests only — the number of guests must match the reservation.

* Quiet hours after 10:00 PM — no loud music or disturbances.

*Smoking is allowed, but it must be disclosed in advance, and we ask that you please be very careful to avoid any damage to the unit or building.

*If smoking is not disclosed, or if there is any smoke-related damage or extra cleaning needed (burns, ash, stains, odor, etc.), a $250 fee will apply.

* Guests assume responsibility for their stay. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness.

* Personal belongings are the guest’s responsibility.
• 24/7 security cameras monitor common areas only (hallways). No cameras inside the unit.

* There is a railway next to the building, which may cause some noise. However, we provide a noise machine/Earplugs if you are sensitive to sound.

Please note: If your group exceeds the unit’s maximum occupancy, an additional guest fee of $15 per extra guest, per night will apply.
