You'll be given access to the full apartment. The common spaces that are shared with other guests/tenants of the building include a utility space with laundry in the building. There is also a small backyard patio seating space during the warmer months where you can relax or eat outside.

Easy permit parking is available on the street (usually right out front) and passes can be provided for a small fee.

This is a garden apartment in a classic Chicago building; some everyday building noise may carry. There are 4 steps into/out of the private entrance. Please observe quiet hours 10pm–8am. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver fee is included with your booking. It covers ordinary accidental damage up to a stated limit if you let us know before check-out. It does not cover intentional damage, parties, smoking, pet damage, unauthorized guests, theft, injuries, or damage above the limit. It isn't insurance.
