Didn’t like nothing about the property and what I didn’t like is that if you ask for clean bedding or towels they wasn’t able too give it to you sit to housekeeping not washing. And Also I had 2 nights reserve and they never cleaned the room or put fresh towels or bedding sheets or blankets. Also if u want fresh stuff you had take dirty towels & bedding to staff to receive clean bedding & towels.

For the price of the room, I am over the moon happy with it. My room was clean , the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. I asked for some additional pillows and blankets. I was told they were in the sofa bed. When we unrolled the sofa bed it was a very very thin covering no pillows. When I went bank down they said it was after hours and they were unable to access the supplies. And petty the guide on my tv didn’t work but I was pleased and will stay there again without hesitation

The bathrooms were super small and the tub was right on top of the door almost. Nearly impossible to open the bathroom door and stand in the same room.

It was all fair and good. Staff was very nice. My family looked forward to swimming after seeking a pool we never went…. water was too cold. It’s not inviting at all…

First, there is no convenient parking for check-in. Second, there is no ramp to bring the cart to your car. You have to leave the cart on the sidewalk and carry everything to the cart at check-in and carry everything to your car at check-outg f. The wind then blew the cart off of the curb and all of stuff flew everywhere. Third, they charged $25 for me to extend my check-out for only one hour. I have been traveling for over 50 years and never in my life have I been charged for a one hour later check-out. I will never stay there again. And I'm considering never to stay at any Choice Hotel again.

My issues is that everytime am there the pool is not working but one day and when I asked the lady at the desk she was like it worked one day that doesn’t matter I was there 4 days and my toilet in my room 124 just was nosey like it had to refill the water and I called and asked about checking in early the lady was rude and I stayed there a couple of times if the pool not working or a class is going on downstairs let the guest know and let that be there option to stay or not

For the price I was kinda shocked lights didn’t work in the room. The bathroom was absolutely not cleaned I went to buy things to clean the bathroom there was hair in the shower all over when we hadn’t touched the shower. The tv cable cord was falling off the wall. The blanket had multiple holes in it as if something ate through it. The pool had no signs that it would be maintenanced while my kids were in the pool the person came in to tell us which caught me way off guard.

You could do something a little better with the balconies. So they're not easy to get out on it and they are not easy to use.

First of the customer service was very poor. The person at the front desk seem like he was vothered to answer questions. Elevator made me think i was gonna die and got stuck for a few seconds right at the 3rd floor. Key cards are wonky.

I didn’t appreciate today when we were leaving the two gentlemen that were cleaning rooms one black and one Mexican made comments and laughed at us as we were walking past them. Me and my wife have started there 5 or 6 times and really enjoyed the stay but don’t appreciate the immaturity of staff! We will be looking for another place to stay and we will let everyone know what happened!

I booked for the pool. I went to the basement and noticed the pool was not open. I asked the staff why the pool was not open, she said it would be open shortly. We went back to the pool to see that the pool was never going to open and it was unsafe to get in. I was lied to the first time and I reached out to management about a refund still no response.

Extremely dissappointed! Room was okay…but the shower was clogging, shower head falling off, floors stained. The noise was unbelievable! People screaming in the hallways, weird noises coming from the room, heating system was loud, there was a party on the bottom floor which we could hear all the way on the second floor and the smell of marajuana was disgusting!!!! Terrible experience!
