We’re all about giving you plenty of privacy and personal space, so we’ll be available by phone (call or text) during your stay. -No parties, noise or loud music. We have cancelled reservations due to complaints in the past. -Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm to 8am -No smoking. In the event that the unit is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorizing fee applied. -Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation will be canceled. -Bath towels are provided per number of guests not per number of stay -We have duvet covers on our beddings -A Security Deposit may be required on some bookings -If there's an issue during your stay, please report it real time so we can address it right away -Pets are allowed: Small Dogs or Cats at $50 per pet, per stay.
