Location was great for Wrigley Field. Appreciated the provided towels and paper goods, although there were hardly any tissues left in the box. The listing said shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hair dryer supplied, but there was no conditioner. Kitchen was nice and recently updated, but the toaster did not work. Kitchen table and chairs were full of crumbs, and there were centipedes in the shower the first day. The area rugs , especially in dining area and larger bedroom were pretty gross, and the bedroom one was sticking into the doorway and was a trip hazard. The window screens were ripped, so even though it got hot, we couldn’t open the windows. The place desperately needs to be painted-the walls are filthy with some holes and a partially painted wall in one bedroom. One broken bulb in bathroom fixture. Listing said washer and dryer but no clue where they were. We had to park about a 10 minute walk away. Good thing they provided ear plugs because Saturday night was like being in a frat house. We appreciated the Wi-Fi and a small desk area to work. Communication before check in was clear. The front doorway is not lit, so using the key at night is a little hard. The building across the street was being torn down, so that was also noisy. Overall, it worked out ok, but would not stay here again.
