The Belmont Cottage - 2 bedroom

Welcome to adorable Belmont where charm blossoms and so does our cottage. Recently renovated with heart and love, it’s an old house but we think it’s pretty sweet and we hope our guests do too. New mattresses, new furniture, tankless water heater and all new appliances - we made an old house shine again. We are a 15 min walk to downtown and all that Belmont has to offer or just enjoy the space, eat al fresco or swing in the hammock. You’re home at Belmont Cottage.

The whole cottage is dedicated to our guests.
The Space -
Beautiful natural light, vaulted ceilings, gorgeous chandelier, vertical shiplap, gold hardware and neutral, soothing decor. Let your eyes rest in this soothing abode. Relax in the open space making it easy to chat on the sofa while some cooks in the kitchen. Our smart ROKU tv allows you stream your own streaming accounts. Head to the master bedroom where a new king mattress awaits with its own ensuite bathroom and rainfall shower head. We have a cozy (ie small) second bedroom that has a full bed with a lofted twin mattress over the full bunk for a whimsical room that allows additional sleeping options. To sleep 3 in this room, I recommend kids or 2 adults understanding that one will have to climb to the lofted twin bed.
The second bathroom is located off the den with a tub/shower combo. The house is on a tankless water heater - hot water might take a few more seconds to heat up but once it does, it will never run out. Enjoy the gas grill outside or electric stove inside. The whole house is cooled and heated by a mini-split system. This means each room can have their own temperature.

A unique option with this cottage is that it is located behind our sister Airbnb - The Belmont Bungalow. Although both houses have their own private and completely separate space and yards - should families need to book both - ie for wedding weekends, holidays, reunions, etc - you have the possibility of having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to sleep a total of 11 people between both neighboring houses. Each home must be booked separately due to different calendars and cleaning fees, any outside use of space must still be approved if unauthorized guests are coming on site. This new listing provides convenience for those needing additional overflow space to have another house close by or for those choosing to stay private, it is still tucked away and makes a beautiful home away from home. It's always nice to have options and the Belmont Cottage and The Belmont Bungalow provide those.

We live close by and have licensed professionals should any problems arise, but we typically allow apps and messaging to allow guests access so guests can come and go as they please.
