It will be closed for the season 9/30)



The Space:

Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, dresser, tv, and a private desk ideal for remote work.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser



Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, dresser



Bedroom 4: Two queen beds and one twin bed with a pull-out trundle, dresser

(Trundle has futon mattress — ideal for kids!)



All bedrooms are located upstairs with fresh linens, plenty of storage, and blackout curtains for restful sleep. The Primary bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share a bathroom.

The pool and lawn are professionally serviced weekly. Because of nearby trees, occasional light skimming may be needed.

(No swimming permitted Oct–Mar; yard and patio remain open for relaxing and dining.)



Pool and lawn are maintained on a weekly basis with professional, licensed local companies. Representatives from those companies will be by for 15-30 minutes on weekly basis to perform their services between 8 am and 6 pm. Their schedules are subject to change based on weather so we are unable to provide an exact day of the week or time. They will only access the exterior of the home.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and backyard, including the pool (seasonal), patio, and fenced yard except for locked owners closets (one in the kitchen, one in the upstairs hallway, one in attic upstairs storage closet), the garage, and the backyard shed. We have to store stuff somewhere!



The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles — all parking must be in the driveway (no street parking per neighborhood rules).

You’ll enjoy easy self check-in with a keypad code and complete privacy during your stay.



(Weekly pool and yard service may stop by to maintain the property — they’ll only access the backyard, never the interior.)

🏡 A few helpful notes to make your stay safe and comfortable:



Bedrooms: All four bedrooms are located upstairs.



Children & Safety: Kids are welcome but must be closely supervised around the pool. Please keep doors and windows to the backyard closed and locked at all times. The backyard in its entirety is fenced in, but there is no separate fence or gate around the pool from the kitchen sliding glass door.



Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.



Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM, per local noise ordinances.



Security: Exterior cameras (front doorbell + outdoor floodlights in front and back) record audio and video for safety. No cameras inside the home.



Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. No street parking is permitted.



Check-in/Check-out: Check-in 4 PM | Check-out 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $50/hour.



Supplies: Starter set of essentials provided (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent) — enough for approximately six nights.



No Smoking/Vaping: Not allowed inside or in the garage.



Occupancy: Maximum of 12 guests. No parties or events permitted.



Climate Control: Nest thermostat allows heating up to 72°F and A/C down to 70°F for system protection.



Pool: Professionally maintained weekly (April –Sept). Availability may vary due to weather or maintenance needs. Pool closed Oct–Mar.



Interaction with Guests:

The home is professionally managed by a local team dedicated to making your stay comfortable and worry-free. We’re available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM via phone or message, and will respond promptly. Should an emergency arise outside these hours, we’re reachable—but routine inquiries will be addressed the next morning.
