The room was very spacious and I loved my stay. I appreciated being able to log in to Netflix on the Smart TV, though I wasn’t able to log out and it did not automatically log out after checkout.
Complimentary buffet breakfast was not included, unlike other hotels, and the cooked-to-order options did not offer vegetarian choices. It was also a bit challenging to communicate with the chef and staff as I don’t speak Spanish.
Complimentary water bottles were not replenished the next day.
If possible, early check-in between 10–11 a.m. on the same day would be wonderful, as I had to wait until 5 p.m. while having meetings the entire day.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I will definitely visit again.
