The Space:
Our mission is to make you feel safe while you travel and we take that very seriously. That’s why we use medical grade disinfectant between each guest, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

There is no better way to travel with family and friends than with MyTripify. Take full advantage of the welcoming common areas of this home fully equipped to elevate your travel experience with fun and games. All rooms in the renovated 1976 Ranch home are on the first floor meaning no stairs!

Maximize down time by playing vintage arcade games like Pac-man, Galaga, and more exciting games, or with card games, board games, etc. Or kick back and relax on the couch to our large 55” tv with cable and high speed internet. Remote workers/learners enjoy a private desk located in the queen bedroom.

The stocked kitchen with all your basic cookware has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a tasty meal including stainless steel appliances, toaster, pots/pans, plates/bowls, utensils, and more! Gather everyone around the dining area with plenty of available seating at the table or bar top. We do have a charcoal grill outside (charcoal not provided).

This comfortable Ranch style home features a master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the queen bedroom with an added ensuite half bath for privacy and convenience. Also featured are two other bedrooms, the first with a full, and the second with two twin beds perfect for children or individuals. The sleeper couch also folds down to sleep an additional two if needed! All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and plenty of closet space.

Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.

Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our large private patio and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. The yard is nestled in a beautiful wooded cul-de-sac and is fully fenced in. Approved pets are welcome! The property is equipped with an external front door camera ONLY.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, and backyard, except for the locked owner's closet and shed. Ample driveway and street parking available.
Self-entry via electronic lock allows easy access.

The Neighborhood:
Family Game House is in the desirable Sardis Woods neighborhood in South Charlotte, surrounded by scenic woods and conveniently close to Matthews, South Park, and Ballantyne with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Nearby parks, McAlpine Creek Park and James Boyce Park, offer beautiful walking and biking trails along the McAlpine Creek Greenway.

**House Rules**
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house-trained. If pets will be on the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please note this home was built in 1976. It has been renovated but it still has some of its original charm in the home.
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.

Access to the Home:
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.

Pets:
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.

Parking:
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of five cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking:
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages:
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.

Internet Usage:
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Trash:
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.

Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
