I'll start by saying that the "included breakfast" wasn't included. It's a sit down restaurant that you pay extra for. I also paid extra for a balcony room thinking I could save the elevator ride and walk outside, but you can't smoke on their balconies. There was a broken light fixture in our room, hanging by wires. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hadn't been replenished, and there were dirty fingerprints all over the door on arrival. Also, no blowdryer. I mention that because I've never been in any hotel room without one. Not even the $100 or less hotels, while this one was almost $300cad. The pool was over chlorinated and dirty on the bottom. There also are no microwaves in the room, you need to go to the little store next to front desk to use a community one. On that note, the prices are insane in that little snack area.
The positives: the view from our room was good- but it was a different property. The location was good for us, as we needed a place close to Elevation Church. The bed was comfy enough for sleeping, and the workout room had new equipment.
Ultimately, we were unimpressed. We won't book there again, and wouldn't recommend it to others.
