Beautiful home in a great location. We enjoyed walking everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. Of course it’s an older home so you could hear all of the noise outside and in the adjacent units. That’s not the fault of the owner but just know that it’s not a quiet location. One note would be that for the price point, the paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) were very flimsy/cheap. Also there were just five of us but there is nowhere to sit and eat except an island with three barstools. A larger group would have a hard time finding places for everyone to eat. Overall we loved the place and the property manager was outstanding.

My family came to Charleston, a city we know well, for a family wedding. The unit was great. There was all the charm one would hope for in historic Charleston and all the amenities you would need when 5 couples are getting ready for a wedding! The one thing that needs to be addressed is the WIFI. If you are planning on working while you are there, or watching TV, check to make sure the strength of the WIFI has been addressed. My call to get it fixed didn't help but we were there for other reasons. That said, lots of cute coffee shops in the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group had 7 people total and needed 5 bedrooms. The layout of the house was perfect for us. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom (aside from one jack and jill style). We could easily walk to everything in the area. There are some really cute cafes and restaurants very close by. We definitely recommend this place!

The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and well-furnished, bright with a cheerful feel. We had easy walking access to King Street and neighborhood merchants/restaurants.
The primary downstairs bedroom is lovely. However, its proximity to the street and the lack of double-pane windows made it unusable; the street noise was overwhelming. Also, the double French doors have no privacy window coverings, just sheers.
There needs to be more storage in the bedrooms as there is no place to store folding items; a small dresser would be helpful.
The kitchen is functional, and the double trash containers are a good idea. We would have appreciated laundry detergent pods, plastic and foil wrap, and a broom/dustpan.
Having plenty of bathrooms for our group was great, and we always had hot water.
Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we enjoyed ourselves.
We would have liked to have a quieter location with fewer rentals. On 10/24, the tenants in Unit A were in the driveway singing and yelling until 2:00 am. We reported the disturbance to Duvet.
Charleston has abundant history, and we will most likely return; the locals are gracious and hospitable. However, our stay will be outside of the downtown area.

Great family location!
The property was bright and airy, with a nice large common area. We had 7/8 adults and 1 infant, and the space was great for us. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The listing was accurate that it is only 4 blocks from King, but to get to the more active/popular sections, it is another several blocks along King. Not a problem at all for us! Just something to keep in mind, especially if you have little ones walking with you.

Nice place. Big, cool, great ambiance. Bright, new appliances. Great response from the concierge. Tried to accommodate our parking situation. Had two cars for one of the 4 units on the property. They let us use one of the other spots as long as there was no other renters there. Educated us on street parking (can park in street for free 6p-9a. /hour parking around the neighborhood. Told us where local garage is located. Very helpful and nice.
Only downsides, water pressure in shower was not good.

This house was perfect for a weekend stay with friends. The property was clean, the hosts were very accomodating, and it is in the perfect location just a short walk from many king street and some of the best restaurants in Charleston!
