The Low Tide - Hot Tub, Marsh View, Fire Pit
The Low Tide is a clean, comfortable, and curated home in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Charleston, the airport, attractions, and beaches.
Featuring a hot tub, fire pit, and ping pong table, this single-level home offers fast WiFi, hotel-like amenities, and privacy. The peaceful marsh serves as a relaxing backdrop to any gathering at this home, which was renovated in 2022.

Self check-in via the smart lock on the front door. Step into an open floor plan kitchen and dining room, with a garage, deck, and laundry room outside. This house has three bedrooms with four large beds:
Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: King Bed
Bedroom 3: TWO Queen beds.
Enjoy an evening by the firepit in the backyard, in the hot tub, or relax on the huge couch that seats five.
With a dining table for six plus two barstools in the kitchen that look out over the moss-covered backyard, your group will love exploring Charleston from the comfort of the Low Tide.
You will have access to the entire property.
I live in town and I am available as much or as little as needed.
This home is 12 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to downtown Charleston and King Street, and 25 minutes to Folly Beach and Sullivan’s Beach - right in the middle of it all.
The home is in a quiet, convenient neighborhood in West Ashley, a vibrant district of Charleston located west of the Ashley River and north of the Stono River. The neighborhood streets and nearby West Ashley Greenway path are perfect for evening strolls.
There are several restaurants within walking distance (including a Dunkin Donuts and pizza).
West Ashley`s popular attractions include Middleton Place, Magnolia Plantation, and Charles Towne Landing.
There is ample free parking on the property and cars may park at the curb in the yard as well. This is a good place to bike with access to the West Ashley Greenway and West Ashley Bikeway.
There are limited public transportation options so driving in your own vehicle or rideshare such as Uber or Lyft are best.
