Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The amenities were good, and it was very clean. The location was great and within reasonable walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the parking situation. There are spots designated for each unit, but it is not enough room. We had to constantly work with the guests in other units to move vehicles. The parking spaces can only accommodate small vehicles and even that is tight. Luckily, all the guests were nice and friendly and worked together on the parking spaces, but this was a headache dealing with this every day.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The rental was very clean and well prepared with crisp fresh sheets in the bedrooms and plenty of towels. Both bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which was greatly appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent. Any questions we had were answered promptly and concerns were handled immediately. The only things we feel future guests should be aware of are that the parking is very tight and can be a bit tricky and the unit is located on the second floor, which was not clearly indicated in the listing. It also would be helpful to have a few more places to hang towels or clothes in the bedrooms. Overall, though we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Photos were accurate and nice place in a nice location. Can definitely hear everything around you including those above and below. Shower in the hallway is small but can manage if you turn shower head to the farthest position. Otherwise you are constantly in the water zone. Need to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms because all the curtains are see through. Hard to sleep with sun beaming in every morning and no privacy at night. Felt like I needed to get changed in the dark. Parking is very tight but we worked it out and we read other reviews so we were prepared to maneuver a tight spot. Overall great stay and we enjoyed it. Great stay for the money!

We were four friends spending time together in Charleston. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The photos are accurate. We were able to easily get to all of our sites and locations. We mostly walked and used the free DASH bus service. The condo was clean, updated and quiet. The owners responded immediately and followed up to be sure that we were satisfied.

Girls weekend getaway
The property was very well maintained, clean, comfortable and in a great location. As others mentioned, the reserved parking spot was not big enough for our minivan but we had no issues parking on the street right outside the property. The only issue we had the entire stay was with our access code. The one for our condo was not the one sent to us. We had to call and message to get the right one. Then on the second day that code no longer worked so we were locked out again. Luckily we were connected with someone fairly quickly to fix the problem. I would definitely stay here again.
