Escape to Azaleas on Spring – Suite C, where Charleston charm meets modern comfort. This cozy retreat features a secluded private patio with a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring! The location is unbeatable, just 2.5 blocks to King St, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure in the heart of Charleston.





PLEASE NOTE: The home is a triplex consisting of three completely separate Suites—A, B, and C—which are not connected internally and there are no shared indoor spaces. Each Suite has its own entrance and dedicated outdoor space.





This listing is for Suite C – located on the 2nd + 3rd floors, with a private patio and hot tub located on the ground floor.

• Kitchen fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, island with breakfast bar, washer/dryer, & small dining table

• 1 King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom

– 3rd Floor –

• Primary bedroom loft with 1 King Bed, 4k smart TV, reading nook with daybed & desk, with ensuite bathroom



Guest Access:

`• Guests have exclusive access to Suite C including the patio, hot tub, and driveway.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: Space for 1 vehicle is provided in our private driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• This home is divided into 3 completely separate Suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B & C are located on the 2nd & 3rd floors. They are not connected internally and there are no shared spaces on the property.



• Stairs Required – Suite C is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of a 3 story home.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• Hot Tub Hours: 9 AM - 9 PM



• Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 8 AM. There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.



• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras on the property. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.
