Perfect location for first trip to Charleston

We stayed here for a birthday girls trip (3 of us). The location was perfect! We walked right out to King St. for shopping, dining, and bar hopping. The tavern right next door was a fun bonus! The bedrooms, family room area, and kitchen space was perfect for us, and very cute and clean. Location was also great for an easy drive to Folly Beach and Shem Creek, and easy walk/drive to the other historic areas around town.

Great location & host is superb communicator

We booked this unit vs two hotel rooms over by MUSC. Great decision - location right downtown in the middle of everything.Communications before, during and after the stay were fabulous. Our pre-arrival questions were responded to nearly immediately.We had one minor maintenance issue during the stay which was promptly addressed and fixed. Will book again as this or any Stay Duvet property in the future.

Great 2BR rental in the heart of King Street

This location was great. We were in the heart of the King Street shopping district. Super close to lots of amenities. The on-site parking was great. Very responsive management staff when we had a question in the evening. They had super thoughtful amenities including a sound machine in each bedroom, coffee and coffee maker on-site. They had a washer/dryer combo unit which got the job done. Just know it takes a long cycle to dry. Beds were comfy with lots of pillows. The store below us had an alarm go off in the middle of the night. Nothing our rental could do about it. Just know you’re in the heart of the city with businesses and restaurants all around. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls' Trip

Great weekend in Charleston! Location was right on King Street, so easy access to shopping and we were able to walk to all the good restaurants. We put the car in the reserved parking space on Friday and didn’t move it again until we left on Monday. No elevator in the building, so we were glad it was on the second floor. We had a small maintenance issue and some questions and the host communicated with us immediately. People walking in the hallway could be noisy, but the bedrooms were quiet and had a white noise machine, so didn’t bother us at bedtime.

Our stay at 360 King was a very comfortable and low stress experience. Girls trip

Relaxing girls weekend getaway. This place is close enough to everything that once we arrived we didn’t drive again until checkout! Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby. We walked to the Battery and Rainbow Row. It was very clean. We were appreciative of the wine glasses and bottle opener :).
