This uniquely updated 1940's bungalow is the perfect place for your next vacation - new furniture throughout, new kitchen and updated bathrooms, beautiful master bath with double shower heads, and a new standalone soaking tub with shower in the second bath. The bunk room has plenty of places to relax, so send the kids to bed with a movie and enjoy the porches with friends! Have a few couples traveling together? Each room provides more than enough space to enjoy some privacy. The spacious fenced in yard is a great place to let the kids run around, lay in the sun, grill out with the group, or have a few drinks on one of the decks with friends. Slack Tide is private, but close to the action, which makes for a perfect beach getaway.
Please be aware Folly Beach is a residential island. We have several neighbors who live full time on the island, so please be sure to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially outside. In addition, the max capacity of the property in determined by the city. Maximum capacity may not be exceeded at any time, and that includes day visitors to the home. This is mandated by the City of Folly Beach. By booking this home, you will be agreeing to these terms. We appreciate your understanding.
