Sand Hills Cottage at Governor's Club

Sandhills Cottage is a great place for your corporate retreat or family gathering! The house features four upper-level suites that are identical except that two enjoy a view of the golf course. The two lower-level suites are twice as large each having a private living room/dining area with a view of the golf course. Each suite features private exterior access, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bath, providing guests with a hotel-like experience.

The home boasts multiple common areas, including a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for gatherings or events.

Sandhills cottage features plenty of space for your entire group. There are 4 large bedroom suites with 2 queen beds and 2 bedroom suites with king beds. Each suite features a private, ensuite bath, closet space, a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and individual temperature control.

The main living areas are open concept, so your group can feel connected wherever you are. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials that you'd need for cooking and there is plenty of seating at the dining table to enjoy a home cooked meal. The cozy living room centers around large windows that offer views onto the golf course. The best feature of Sandhills Cottage is the wrap around porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching golfers go by.

Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay. Each suite has a it's own keypad lock for privacy. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything at the property.

Hosts are not on site and can be reached via messaging.

Parking is available in front of the cottage free of charge. It can fit up to 10 cars.
