„The condo is an end unit which led to it being more private. The area and grounds were a bit worn down and dated. The unit itself had an odd smell, likely from being closed up too long. It was simply “okay” but a bit pricey compared to our next condo (which was in better condition). “

„My plans changed so I only visited the property briefly. The living room and bedroom could use a thorough cleaning and updating. The back screened in patio not a very functional or clean space. “

„If you are a person, like me, that brings everything and the kitchen sink when you rent a home away from home STOP!!!!! It is unnecessary here, Chelston has the BEST stocked house I've ever stayed in. Everything you need in the kitchen as far as equipment and seasonings, the only thing you need is actual food, drinks and condiments. As for the bedrooms and bathrooms they were clean and also well supplied. I usually take the pillows from my kids rooms so I have enough and I didn't have to this ...

„We loved the location. House was quite quiet inside given its proximity to a busy intersection and Franklin Street. We would have liked a few more spices in the kitchen and the host indicated they would address that for future guests. We were 5 people my wife and I, son and his girlfriend and our daughter. All adults but would be great for family with children as well.Thank you“

„All the essentials were there. Very clean and new. Great back porch in a pretty setting. Close to campus by car. Just note the third bedroom is lofted. Host very accessible.“

„All excellent“

„I was so thankful to have this beautiful home and property to visit before my sons wedding. Truly peaceful. Wonderfully nostalgic for me when we first stepped out of the car. .. and the sweet aroma from nature... I absolutely longed to extend our stay. Hopefully to come back .“

„Amazing house, great amenities in the house. Can’t get a better location. Josh is so easy to work with and helpful. Can’t say enough about how this was a great experience and we would stay here any time we come to Chapel Hill!!!!“

„They took my money never gave me a room very unacceptable I will never go there again“

„I BOOKED A 3 NIGHT STAY AT OYO HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN, THE CLERK SAID..... SORRY, YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED !
