„ESA in Elmsford is a great place to stay if you need long term accomodations. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Due to COVID, they provide kitchen utensils on request only which gave me the impression that they really care. Staff in particular was very helpful and friendly. The location is convienient with walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Although located near major highways, it is quiet. Will go there again when having business in Elmsford.“

„Beautiful lobby area which connects to an on-site lounge, which was equally as beautiful. At check-in we received a complimentary voucher to try a Tapa at the lounge. Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area. “

„We were early but they made accommodations for us until our room was ready. We enjoyed our breakfast and the clean towels we picked up every morning as we were there for business so would not be needing the housekeeping. Very agreeable staff.“

„Insgesamt wirklich sehr gutes Hotel, sehr freundlicher Check-In, schöne angenehm große Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ruhig, freies Parken. Lage auf Long Island gut, allerdings zu weit entfernt für Sightseeing in Manhattan mit ÖPNV. Auto daher zwingend erforderlich. Falls wir nochmal in der Gegend sein sollten, würde ich dieses Hotel wieder nehmen.“

„The lady at the reception wanted to charge us an additional fee of 50% for an EARLY check-out. Not a LATE check-out, but an EARLY one. I have never seen a hotel like this in my entire life. In the end, her friendly colleague pointed out to her that such a policy makes absolutely no sense.“

„Perfect for one night! Good restaurant open till 11:00 pm. Friendly service! Little noisy at night due to a party and the surounding traffic. Nice stay! “

„No daily cleaning, need to ask to new shampoo. Keys doesn't work after 1 day, Internet slow. What they call 'breakfast' is coffee and muffins that's all. Very poor . Never again.“

„The suite was large and very comfortable. The location was easy to get to, free parking was awesome, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was great. The bartender was very accommodating to us despite us having a large group who made a bit of a mess with pizzas that we brought in. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. “
