„What a cool location! The house boat was great, the vibe on the dock was mellow and fun. We only stayed one night but I would def book again if we’re in the area. We walked to dinner and had a lovely morning sunrise on the dock. Our kids loved the experience. Beds were comfortable and I loved the books in the space.“

„The property was great. I enjoyed the location and the fishing, but I ran into a few issues. First there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The maintenance person showed up to check on the lock, which I did not call for, and did empty the tank. He was very courteous and apologetic. On my second day, the cleaning woman showed up banging on the window as I was sleeping. I went to the window and let her know that I was not due to check out until June 2. „Overall enjoyed our stay. Better than a hotel room with nice views, atmosphere for a night but the lack of adequate hot water for a decent shower was disappointing. It also appeared there was a fire pit in the pics but there was not. Vermillion is a very lovely town with shops and restaurants very close to the tiny home. Also, beware there is a nearby train that runs through the night. Didn’t bother us too much but could be problematic for a light sleeper.“
