The Black Dog. Houseboat In DT Knox

Stay at this one of a kind houseboat located at Volunteer Marina! It is very close to downtown Knoxville, Knoxville greenway, and UTK`s campus. E-Bikes are available for an additional fee to help you get around. Enjoy the peaceful Tennessee river and quiet peaceful outdoor spaces. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 9pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund and a penalty of $200 for the violation.

Be courteous to other dock residents. If you are too loud or rowdy, you will be asked to leave.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the house, a fine of $300 will be imposed, no exceptions.

Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, max of 2 pets. We have pet fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand, otherwise there will be a fine of $100/pet if discovered, no exceptions.

Other things to Note;
- The boat does not leave the dock.
- No swimming around the boat or dock due to electrical shock hazard.
