„Tolles Hotel“

„Great location, everything was clean, and the rooms were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is really nice as well. When the hotel is busier, there might be a little too little space around the pool for sun loungers, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend!“

„Alles wunderbar“

„Gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück.“

„Very friendly and helpful staff. The lodges are in a relatively good location, and you can reach downtown Banff very quickly from the bus stop right next door. We were also provided with a free 3-day bus pass. Another positive feature is the hot tub, which is even open until 11 p.m. Unfortunately, the room itself was relatively dark and, despite the lighting, not very inviting. The furnishings are a bit dated.“

„Sehr originelles Boutique Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, top Service. Gerne wieder“

„Alles neu und gepflegt. Kommunikation nicht ganz einfach. Parken teuer!“

„The hotel was in the center of town which was great and had a perfect view of the mountains! On the day of our arrival we were told the hot tubs were down, which was disappointing. Our room had a loud noise, possibly coming From the pipes...and got louder as the night went on, which resulted in no sleep. I did call the front desk, however they were unable to help and did not offer another room. We had to leave ...

„Sehr nettes Personal. Super Lage, sauber. “

„What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible.“
