„I couldn't stay in this property which IS NOT TO RENT and apparently has never been !!! As I couldn't reach the host, I went to the address given by Vrbo and was most surprised to be told by the guardians that though the property existed it had never been to rent... I had to phone Vrbo in the USA ..They refunded me..this fraud is incomprehensible..A bad joke ?!“

„I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.“
