„I enjoyed my stay very much for a number of reasons: 1. Tastefully done room with comfortable beds and a balcony. Very nice. 2. Good staff. Very service oriented and friendly. 3. Good food in the hotel with very reasonable prices. 4. Nice building and lobby. Very friendly guy at the entrance. You feel welcome right from the start. „The hotel is part of a chain of hotel so do be precise when telling the tax driver. You might end up at the wrong Bawa Hotel. The hotel is good and in a very relaxed neighourhood. The beach is 5 min walk away. The room itself was not very spacious, but it did for me for a night. “

„Personal ist nicht sehr qualifiziert und suchen erst einmal die Schuld beim Gast, egal was nicht rund läuft. Kundenservice hat dieses Hotel noch nicht erreicht.“

„Alle Zimmer weisen nach vorne zu einer stark befahrenen Straße, die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht, ohne Oropax hätten wir nicht schlafen können. (Zimmer 404) Bettzeug war leidlich sauber, die Möbel stark abgewohnt. Im Bad waren in sämtlichen Abflüssen Naftalintabletten, es roch daher entsprechend.
