"Da wir bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden abreisen mussten, wurde uns ein Frühstück bereits nach 6:00 Uhr ermöglicht. Es war alles vorbereitet. Ich durfte mich bedienen und konnte die Brötchen für Unterwegs belegen, da wir aus zeitlichen Gründen dort nicht mehr speisen konnten. Ein To Go Becher für Kaffe in besonderen Ausnahmefällen, wie diesen, wäre als kleine Anregung wünschenswert. Die Dame im Restaurant war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht, und mit ihrer herzlichen, authentischen Art hat uns diese eine Übernachtung dennoch äußerst positv geprägt."

"Unser Zimmer war insgesamt sehr sauber (natürlich hier und da ein Fleck), lediglich lief das Wasser in dem Waschbecken nicht schnell ab. Ich möchte hervorheben, dass das Bett und das Nadezimmer super sauber waren und wir uns gerne dort aufgehalten haben. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich hatte dort ein angenehmes Erlebnis."

"Das Hotel ist Gut, Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 2min erreicht. Zum Signal Iduna Park läuft man so ca. 40 min. Fühlt sich aber kürzer an. Wenn man ein paar Tage bleibt parkt man am besten in der benachbarten Tiefgarage. Ist günstiger, überdacht und in der Nacht abgeschlossen."
