This home is at the end of a one lane shared driveway, please use caution getting in and out.

Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or old.
One exterior Ring camera at front entry for security only;
No pets (family allergies);
