The homeowners built this guest house on their property and did a fantastic job of creating a cozy getaway. From the clean design to efficient use of space, we thoroughly enjoyed the four days we spent there. „Overall this property is excellent. Wood floors throughout make cleaning easy, living room seating fairly comfortable, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms updated/excellent and access to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea or Highway 1 is easy. Quiet neighborhood and very friendly and helpful next door neighbor! Minor items -- would like to see newer coffee maker, mirrors in two of the bathrooms were small for the ladies, I am 81 years old so the walk downtown and the return walk was a bit of a ...
