Gorgeous little condo! A lovely short walk to downtown, and a beautiful trail close by along the river. Stayed there with a friend and there was enough room in the bed that you could fit another person between us. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. This is a wonderful location in Canmore, within ~10-15 minute walking distance of the main area of town. We loved how convenient it was but that it was also just far enough removed to still provide peace and quiet. The condo was clean and had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved using the barbecue grill on the balcony. The only thing missing was a working refrigerator, which was just an unfortunate mishap that the host informed us about after we checked in. However, he did a great job communicating with us about his efforts to get a new replacement refrigerator for us. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered until after we checked out, but this was just unlucky and no fault of the host. Overall, the host was always very responsive to our messages when we had questions and provided us with a great hospitable stay. We would stay here again if we're ever back in Canmore!

The property was easy to get to, but the original email instructions on how to get into the property were wrong. It took me an hour to find the updated instructions in the VRBO app. In the apartment, it was not as clean as I would have expected. The bathroom floor had lots of hair, I had to wipe down all counters and all the dishes in the cupboards had dirty drips or were sticky.

Nice location and worked well for my wife's CME at Banff. I would suggest the manager provide renters with the number of the parking place. Some of the lighting is not best in the garage and makes it difficult to see the room numbers hanging below the parking space number. We would also suggest instructions on the use of the coffee pot and dishwasher to be provided to make the stay better.

We stayed 35 days to make use of “Spring Season pass” at Banff Sunshine ski area. Unit was well equipped and very well stocked with consumables. It was very comfortable for 2. I appreciated the “natural gas” grill since I could get good temperatures regardless of outside temperatures. For that length of time we had 2 seasons of street clothes and ski outfits so storage was challenging but adequate. We had two maintenance issues that were solved between myself and Ben. We intend to do this again in 2025, and will stay here.

We loved our stay at this condo. Having secure underground parking with an assigned spot is always a plus. This unit has a great layout. The kitchen is light, very usable and wellequipped. The dinning nook is private. The living room/tv area is at the front of the condo. The bed and bath iare at the back. This is an end unit with three large windows as well as a patio with a table, chairs and a grill. The unit is decorated beautifully. The bed is quite cozy. We highly recommend it.

The apartment is in great shape and a delight to use. It was fully supplied with all that a guest would need and very clean. Our host was very responsive to all questions. The check in process was a little cumbersome with three separate codes and unlike the beautiful apartment, the building is in need of some updating.

This property is a great place for a couples. We liked the convenience of the area and the amenities that are provided. It was nice to be able to walk downtown if you wanted, but you could also prepare meals in the kitchen and they have a great grill on the balcony. Another nice touch is the washer and dryer. The bed and pillows vere very comfortable. It was warm the weekend we were there and it was very nice to have the air conditioning unit. We were greatful to have the underground parking as parking is a premium in this area. The only situation we ran into was someone parked in our designated parking spot, but I called Ben and he was going to get in touch with the property manager, but the person who parked in our spot returned as I was on the phone with Ben. Great communication with the owner also. I would highly recommend this unit for any couple!

This is a wonderful location! Unfortunately the cleaning standards were not as it should be and if you travel in the summer then don't expect going to bed early since the room does not have block out curtains to keep the light out. Nicely decorated and good instructions.

Very comfortable, cozy suite, exactly as listed. There was a bit of confusion with getting into the suite as it's a double suite and we misunderstood the directions but Ben was easy to get ahold of and clarified how to get in with the different codes. He was great to deal with! Overall the suite was very clean, however the bathroom needs a little love. It's a bit run down and the walls need a good clean. All in all we had a very comfortable stay!

We liked the location of this rental. Walkable to nearly everything and close to the road to the parks. Active, busy neighborhood that appeared to be full of tourists. We also loved the little porch with the grill. Overall cleanliness was average at best. The bed pillows were awful, bring your own. I have never seen pillows like the ones at this place. Really hard, firm foam. I couldn't sleep on mine, didn't use it. Bring a pillow from home!
