„Saubere Unterkunft. Zimmer modern. Personal sehr freundlich.

„Wunderbar“

„Perfekter Service und Gesamteindruck. Hat die “Four Seasons” Erwartung voll erfüllt. “

„he hotel rooms are clean and nicely equipped, which makes for a pleasant first impression. However, the building itself is quite noisy, and sound travels easily between rooms and hallways. What was truly unacceptable, though, was the situation during the usual checkout time in the morning: no one was present at the reception for over an hour. Guests lined up and waited without any information or assistance. While the breakfast staff did their best to help, an unattended reception during peak ...

„Huge Rooms, newly renovated, with Fridge and highly comfortable Bed. Complementary Breakfast with fresh Waffles and small selection of necessary things - Stuff was always helpful and courteous. No wishes left - would always come back here!“

„On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry.“

„A reallly good Hotel. Clean and big rooms. But....no window to open in rhe room, only AC. “

„Our stay at Santa Monica Proper Hotel had both strong points and noticeable downsides. The room itself was very nice, modern, stylish, and with a beautiful Scandinavian-inspired design. Everything was very clean, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel feels contemporary and well thought out. However, the hotel’s architectural layout was not ideal for us. Since the walkways to the rooms are partially open to the outside rather than fully enclosed, it was often quite loud whenever leaving or ...
