„convenient location near many shops , not too far from train stations . Clean but slightly smelly room upon arrival . Helpful and friendly staff . Outstanding breakfast buffet with huge choice and restaurant quality food , for just $6 AUD . I stayed here twice on seperate occasions and can highly recommend it /“

„Perfect, nothing to complaint about“

„The room was below being awful or below being dirty I don’t recommend anyone to go there, I was not able to stay in it“

„The staff were very friendly and helpful, their English was clear. The rooms were a bit tired, not unclean, just stained in the grout. The breakfast had a wide variety but the coffee was not good, there are so many good coffee places not far. The water was not sealed so we bought from the supermarket almost next door.“

„Best hotel in Surabaya! I booked the hotel for my mum so that she can have the best time on Christmas Day. The Four Points team really went above and beyond to make her feel special and at home. Thank you so much! “

„Spacious family room with all amenities available.“

„Sehr nettes Personal“
