„Best hotel in Surabaya! I booked the hotel for my mum so that she can have the best time on Christmas Day. The Four Points team really went above and beyond to make her feel special and at home. Thank you so much! “

„Sehr nettes Personal“

„Check in and Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, many thanks an Alfany and his team at the breakfast buffet, it was delicious. A lot of restaurants with great food also in the nearby shopping mall. “

„Spacious family room with all amenities available.“

„Pool wsr geschlossen“

„Very kind staff at reception, house keeping and restaurant. Nice rooms, good AC, good spa. Recommendee in Surabaya“

„Lobby on the 8th floor, impractical. Very standard Hotel in my opinion. The Hotel hallway smells very musty/damp.“

„Zelo dobra lokacija (zraven železniške postaje Gubeng). Osebje je prijazn, hotel pa varen.“
