Need the Sofa Bed? Just Let Us Know!



At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.

If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.



Towels:

● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.

● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.



Cleaning Request: cleaning available upon request subject to an extra fee



Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:



● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.

● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.

● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Guest Access:

Self check- in anytime after 4pm. Scheduled early check-in and late check-out at 1 PM can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional fee.



Other Things to Note:

The building is protected by UNESCO and hence it maintains some of its original characteristics, such as steep windy stairs and wooden windows. Although we have updated the inside of the apartment to include all the modern features, the building facade has not been affected and hence there is some potential for noise (we do provide you with earplugs!) and some stairs to climb!



We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
