Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
*Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
*Plan to arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. during winter. Arriving within this window reduces the likelihood of encountering unplowed neighborhood roads during active snowfall.
*Do not use Uber or Lyft to travel to this property. Ride share vehicles may not meet winter traction requirements and may be unable to reach the home or return for pickup.
