There is no one there, so I was fortunate to have a resident help me figure out the complicated process of entering. Streamlining the instructions would go a long way, such as there are 3 steps to enter the property, step 1 is to go to your unit on the exterior (could be several doors away) and find the lockbox and enter the ...
