You’ll like everything about this place. It’s located right next to a shuttle stop to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge, or you can stroll about one block to the Snowflake Lift. Its multilevel layout makes it great home for multiple couples and families to share. And of course, a private hot tub. Your family and friends will be thrilled that you booked it!

Chimney Ridge Bluebell Townhome is a 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome that’s a great choice for groups of up to 10. The great room features large windows and high ceilings for a comfortable, open feel; there’s also a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and a dining table for 8.

Outside, there are three decks and a gas grill to go with that hot tub. Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one outdoor parking space, a full washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We loved our stay at the Chimney Ridge Bluebell Townhome. The king room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. While in the property, we liked watching movies, playing the board games available, cooking and relaxing. While out, we were very close to the ski lifts and our kids' ski school. While Main Street is not far, we took advantage of the free shuttle, which picked up right near the home. The only issue we had was with the heat on the main floor - it would not get warm on that level unless the fire were on. We had a potential issue with parking, because our SUV would not fit in the garage, but fortunately we were able to secure a spot outside. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if in Breckenridge.

This location was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends! 10 min walk into town and located right next to a shuttle stop. We recommend taking the bus to the communal hot tub and pool since it is a bit of a walk. We had 8 adults which was a bit tight, but worked fine with the pull out bed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This home has everything you need! The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds and bedding are comfortable!l The hot tub is a great feature. It’s a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Our group also enjoyed nearby trails for hiking, biking and Jeeping! We hope to stay here again!

We had an amazing experience staying at this townhome in Breckenridge. We were two separate families with kids (8 people total), and we loved the layout. It was perfect for our situation and felt that everyone had their own space. The hot tub was very clean and easy to use. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We needed a simple item (scrubber sponge) and the management company was quick to provide. It was a nice 10 minute walk to downtown Breck. Yes, the pool was a bit of a walk and the garage space was a bit tight for a novice driver or a larger vehicle, but it did not put a damper on our stay. Would 100% stay again.

This townhouse was amazing! Up to date and very clean. You can tell the owners take pride in this property. We were able to walk wherever we wanted and even to the slopes. Amazing skiing and the hot tub was key after a long day! We would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful, clean, and convenient Condo. Exactly as described. Staff very helpful and responsive. Had all the little things you need in the kitchen for prepping meals, spacious bedrooms and baths, and remote control fireplace was super easy to use and enjoy. Easy 4 min walk to Snowflake chairlift and Charter Sports Ski Rental. Looking forward to returning and staying here again.

Excellent!! The condo was an ideal for skiing and walking to downtown Breck. It was very comfortable and spacious and the mountain decor is so cozy. Great kitchen. We loved it!!

This is a good property and good location. Having to go by a property manager's office is cumbersome as most places these days have key in codes that allow you straight into the property. The hot tub was great and worked well. Kitchen was well stocked. Only negative of this property, the parking is very sketchy. The garage is very small and the parking lot is very difficult to maneuver around given the constant change in elevation and angles of various garages and condos. Hard to explain until you see it but if you are traveling in a large SUV, it is very difficult to get in and around this property (and impossible to get in the garage).

This condo is awesome! We were 2 families sharing the condo 1 one family stayed upstairs and the other downstairs. Plus 2 teen-agers on the pull out couch - everyone was comfortable! The condo is well equipped- we had every pot or pan we needed as well as sugar, flour, oil, vinegar and every spice you might need ! The kitchen was a joy to cook in and we really enjoyed the hot tub too ! Full-size washer and dryer is a bonus you. Short walk to Snowflake lift - very conveniently located. Thank you for a wonderful stay !

My friends and I booked this place for our annual ski trip. It's a very short walk to peak 8 and peak 9. The private hot tub was nice. The living room was slightly small for 6 adults but there was a loft upstairs to spread out to. Main Street is only . 5 miles away. The place was clean and fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Overall a great stay!

This condo was perfect for our family. Great layout with teens in the basement and parents upstairs with a private deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed to cook. Furniture is fairly new and in great shape. Only negative is the master shower pressure was a bit weak and the bed was a bit firm but that is more a personal preference. Highly recommend this property and hope we can stay again soon!
