Absolutely amazing guest. They get the Super Classy award for the way they left our guest suite! I thought our housekeeper Beddie had already been here. It's guests like Ayla that make the entire experience so worthwhile.

100% FALSE - This couple trashed our home and treated it like a garbage can and lost their deposit - FACT. My husband and I have had 1128 guests listing on VRBO (and other channels) and had never charged a dime of anyone's security deposit until now - FACT. I wish I could post the video that we submitted to VRBO. Not only did VRBO rule in our favor, but the guest did not even dispute the claim - FACT. They also left us a nice note thanking us for a great trip saying they would see us again next year - FACT. I wish I could post the video & the note. Case closed. The smell was so bad we had to hire a professional cleaning crew with ozone fans to clear the smell before our next guests. They left rotting food in the refrigerator and their pitbull dog trashed the carpet. They left garbage/food on the floor, under the bed, and in the closet. EVERYWHERE. Unflushed toilet - VILE. Luckily, the carpet was not ruined. I'm not sure what was worse. Having another vacation rental host treat your home this way and think its OK- or to have someone make outright FALSE CLAIMS against my family and try to sabotage our listing. Then to say Richard showed her an apology card he gave me? Never happened. Or, we left a cat in the guest suite? (Your pitbull would have killed the cat) Un-announced visits and surveillance of their activities? Arguments? Bugs? Denise. You lost your deposit because you & your husband trashed our home - FACT. You lost the dispute with VRBO - FACT. Luckily everything cleaned up and you did not have to pay for a $4000 carpet that your pitbull dog trashed. EVERYTHING ELSE IS BLATANTLY FALSE. Let this be a testament that all reviews get posted. (They have to by consumer law) Thanks for the nice note thanking us for a great trip and that you will see us next year.
