Restful and beautiful place
This cozy basement apartment was perfect for us! We spent a weekend visiting our CU Boulder student and exploring the town. Very comfortable beds, fun and memorable decor and furnishings, extremely quiet neighborhood and peaceful, home-y house. The nearby hiking trail is stunning(!) and the restaurants and food store .5 mile walk away were great too. The owners were kind and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We came out with our pups to visit our son at Boulder. We needed an affordable place that had a yard for our doggos. We also had pur teenage daughter with us. Super cute apartment with kitchen, bath, washer and dryer. Close to a park, walking distance t trails and Pearl Street. 💯 recommend. Host was super helpful and easy.

This may have been the best vacation rental I've stayed in
I have stayed in fancier places, bigger places, more picturesque places, but there was something "Goldilocks just right" about this place. It was modestly appointed but had everything I needed, including a coffee machine with a timer!!! The beds were comfy, the bedrooms were peaceful and serene. The decor is fun and funky without being chaotic. There was a Bluetooth sound bar which allowed me to play my music while I wound down in the evenings. And it was soooo quiet, I didn't hear a single sound from the unit above me, or any street noise (not that there would have been much, it is a very quiet street). It was less than a 20 minute walk to downtown, along streets with great sidewalks. Overall a 5+ star experience.

Beautiful Boulder stay
The artist apartment was the perfect place for us to call home for a week. We were centrally located and were able to quickly access all that Boulder has to offer. Furniture/ beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the supplies needed. I recommend this listing.

So thankful for this beautiful jewel. From the moment I walked through the gate and down the path I felt like I was in a secret garden! Warm, welcoming, filled with light🌟 Exactly what my daughter and I needed for the week. Dealing with the host Bruce was a joy. He was quick to respond and very helpful when i found out I had a last minute change of plans, needing a one night extension. I would love to stay here again sometime and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a peaceful, clean, quiet place rejuvenate! Dr J

Wonderful home
We had such a lovely time staying here. The place was so clean and we loved looking at the art work and creative touches in and around the home. Bruce was very communicative and helpful before throughout our stay. It’s close to town, 2-3 minutes, at the most which was super convenient. This was a great find for us. Eclectic decor, comfy digs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were very responsive. When we reported a broken French press, were had new one in the door step that afternoon even though there was a coffee or on the premises.

Clean, safe, convenient, comfortable
The property was exactly as described and met all of our needs quite well. The bed was comfortable and the rental was clean. The host is an excellent communicator and the check-in/check-out process was easy. The location is excellent. It's close to hiking trails and not far from the downtown area. There was plenty of street parking and we were always able to park in front of the house. The neighborhood felt very safe and we felt safe walking to the downtown area. Highly recommend.

Boulder Retreat
This is a lovely home in walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops on Pearl Street. The home is welcoming and clean with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on a quiet street in beautiful Mapleton. Bikes can be rented nearby, so we didn’t even need a car for our 10-day stay. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the outdoor eating area is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee along with a good book. We definitely plan to return!

Very nice. A small table, for drinks, between the chair and the sofa would be nice. The stove was a challenge. After the first night, we cooked at our daughter's apartment.

Hello Sarah Thank you for sharing your concerns and we have replaced the antique gas stove with a brand new induction electric stove based on your feedback and with the research just released identifying gas stoves as being a health hazard - even when not being used...

Loved staying here! Great neighborhood, within walking distance to Pearl Street and Whole Foods. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished, with fun bits of art and decor everywhere. Cozy, but enough space, and most things that you need in a kitchen. Despite being partially a basement apartment, it didn’t feel overly dark and there were plenty of windows and lights. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for dogs!
We brought two dogs with us, and the accommodations were perfect for them. The fenced in courtyard was perfect for them to hang out outside. I did have to lock the gate that was about a foot offf the ground, but they were very well contained. Less than a mile from Pearl st. Perfect for walking, and biking, with lots of paved trails close by.

Excellent location, walking distance from Pearl Street and many other restaurants. The heating/cooling system was a bit confusing but we left the windows open in late September and had no issues. Overall a very quiet street except for a couple of dogs. We would return.

My friend and I stayed for a weekend getaway - we had everyting we needed in a homebase. We didn't spend too much time at the apartment (as intended) - but when we were there, the beds were comfy and it was nice to have a sitting area. The neighborhood was really cute and it was very easy and convenient to walk around. Very beautiful flowers and even blackberries on the property, too. Thanks for the stay and recommended!

Great little place, super cute and plenty of room.
This is a great little place, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pristine clean, nice appliances, great instructions for the two more unusual ones. We really wanted for very little. Pearl St is about a 15-20 minute walk away through some nice neighborhoods. We walked home twice after late events, you might want a small flashlight, but it was a beautiful walk. If you know Boulder, you know great hiking is only 15-20 minutes from the house, and so many other things to do in Boulder. We would absolutely stay at this property again.
