Welcome to a stunning, modern home designed for luxury and relaxation. Perched to offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, this five-bedroom retreat is the perfect escape, blending high-end finishes with the tranquility of nature.

Inside, you'll find a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout. The main living areas are centered around large windows that frame the spectacular mountain scenery. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, and the living room is the perfect spot to unwind.

The home is equipped with a range of high-end amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and rejuvenating. Step outside to enjoy the electric-heated hot tub, or relax in the outdoor barrel sauna after a day of adventure. For those who love to cook outdoors, a natural gas grill is available for your use. Stay active in the private gym, complete with weights, a bench, a Pilates reformer, and a treadmill.

The five well-appointed bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a variety of groups. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, there are two queen bedrooms, a single bedroom, and an additional queen couch sofa bed. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. The home includes central A/C and fresh, mountain spring water filtered through reverse osmosis.

Our home offers the perfect balance of serene natural beauty and convenient city access. We are located just 10 minutes from the vibrant shops and restaurants of Pearl Street and a quick 3-minute drive from the North Boulder shops. We look forward to hosting you in this special home.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

→ This home is our home and very special to us — it’s not just a rental. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.

→ We keep the house shoe-free. Please remove your shoes in the mudroom or entry hall.

→ No parties, photoshoots or events.

→ No overnight guests not included on the reservation.

→ No pets.

→ No smoking of any kind.

→ No exterior fires are allowed. You can use the Natural Gas Grill but can't use any sort of Charcoal Grill.

→ 4x4 required during snow days.

→ There are no blackout shades in the office bedroom.
