The host communicated with us promptly. We have a few more trips, and are returning to this property the rest of this year.“

„Very convenient to shops, restaurants, night life. We are a family of 6 adults, one child and we loved the convenience. We also love to cook in at home and the kitchen could've used a few more items to help with that. We communicated this to the owner and he may do some updates around that in the future. Plenty of room for us and the beds were comfortable. Nice little back yard and front yard. The price was right!“

„Excellent stay! Property owner was super sweet and communication check/in/out was smooth. Super clean and well appointed w/clear instructions. The beds were verycomfortable. The backyard is tranquil and a great place for a cup of espresso while taking in the sun and foothills. Within walking distance to a really nice park w/ lake, walking path, disc golf, Bball, & pickleball courts. Perfect for families with young children. „Host was welcoming and check-in was easy. The location was convenient due to its proximity to shopping and where we were working at the Dairy Arts Center. The house itself is dated and there is a slight odor throughout despite it otherwise seeming pretty clean, probably from the carpeting. The washer and dryer did not work so we had to use a laundromat. We were reimbursed for the cost of the laundry but it was rather inconvenient to have to go out to do laundry, particularly as it was a very ...

„It was roomy and nice. Close to the Walmart and other things. It was a little strange with the owners things there. Like in the kids bedroom and then not really having a place to hang up clothes. But after about 4 days it was ok. “

„Close to campus and Pearl Street. We love walking the area and then relaxing on the roof deck in the evenings . Beds are lovely and kitchen well stocked . Easy check in and fantastic communication - We will return !“
