„A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. „Very easy to check in and out. The house conveniently locates near shopping center, but in the quiet neighborhood. It takes less than 1.5 hours to visit Rocky Mountain National Park in the North and Colorado Springs in the South. Chris' house is clean and have everything we need for the short stay. Thank you“

„This place was cozy and fit all of our needs. Awesome location! You could walk to Pearl Street and also a 15 minute walk would put you at the base of the mountain so you could have a nice hike too which I did. The only downside was the second bedroom Mattress was hard as a rock. My back couldn’t handle it so I slept on the couch. It’s a huge leather sectional and was very very comfy so no issues:) I would definitely stay there again.“
