„Property was just as described. Nice and roomy. Our first stay in a VRBO. Cupboards and drawers were labeled, easy to find what you need. Plenty of towels. Communication with host was excellent, quick replies. Lots of good places to eat in town, especially downtown.“

„We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10.“

„This place was wonderful. Everything had a thoughtful purpose and we didn’t want for anything. Communication was perfect and we didn’t have to wait for any responses to questions or requests. Snacks and water were provided and much appreciated and even a little pregnancy pickle snack for our pregnant daughter in law. That was so thoughtful!!! Will definitely stay here again if needed!!!“

„We needed a place that would be appropriate for our large family, coming from 3 states, with grandkids ranging from 1 1/2 to 18 years old. This house was perfect. The upper deck is large and safe. We played many board games out there. There is a wonderful creek or stream that the middle aged kids loved. We all went on the acres of trails with mines to peek in. „This place was great! We stayed to move our college students into CSU and CSoM. Easy to get to both. Lots of little details in the house that made the stay very easy. Gadget chargers everywhere; good nightlights; good WiFi; great back deck; very close to downtown Longmont with lots of restaurant choices; and easy parking. We will definitely be back!“

„The experience was everything we needed it to be. We were in Longmont to visit our new baby granddaughter who was in the NICU. We were looking for easy. Working with Chad was easy - he was responsive and friendly. The location was easy - easy to get around town and to get to the highway. Easy to enjoy - modern, stylish and comfortable.hope it is available every time we are in town.“

„Our family, including our 2 grandchildren, stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. Plenty of space including a very comfortable master suite with rain shower as well as separate large tub. Really loved the outdoor patio - lots of seating. Easy proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. Host was very good with communication. I would just suggest they print a sheet with “house info” like where to find soap (upstairs closet), exiting instructions and WiFi info. Great stay - wish we’d stayed ...

"Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung! Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, der Teppich ist frisch gesaugt, alles ist top in Ordnung! Es steht eine zusätzliche Küche zur Verfügung, man kann gefiltertes Wasser haben. Der Blick geht in den Park, die Fenster lassen sich öffnen und komplett verschließen. Es ist ein Safe im Zimmer, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sowie ein ausreichend großer Kleiderschrank. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ohne Durchgangsverkehr- sehr angenehm!! "
