We had a great time at the Hyatt Place Medford. Very clean and huge room. Breakfast was great for a good start into the morning. The hotel will be redesigned in 2023/2024. Pool is already finished. Driving downtown Boston is about 15 min. with an Uber no problem. Special thanks to Ramona “you made my day” ❤️.

Booked a non-smoking room and got a room that smelled like a smoking bar. Also breakfast cutlery is still plastic in 2023!

Overall breakfast was good. The fruits presentation was not very good. Fruits were swimming in sweet syrup juice. Didn't look appealing nor healthy.

Upon check-in we were informed of no water until 7am, but it did come on at 3am, so not so bad. Beds were a little uncomfortable, maybe have 2 queens with a queen pull out sofa so all can fit, not just the short and skinny. Breakfast was decent, but attendant was pushy. Overall it was good enough for one night.

5 nights here at the Medford Hyatt were great. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Breakfast was simple yet good each morning. Only thing that would have been extra nice would be the shuttle. It was not operational the staff said at the time being.

When I get to the hotel they tell me that I have to pay 15 USD per night for parking, I had to pay 30 USD for parking for two nights. As for the room, the first thing is that it does not have a microwave, the sink is in the room and the bathroom is very small, it does not have enough towels for each person in the room, the customer service is more or less good . I do not recommend that hotel to go with your family.

Our room was not vacuumed in the week we stayed there. Mold in the bathroom and the bathroom fan was very dirty. Staff was very kind. Ramona was amazing!
