This was overall a good place to stay, but i think for the price you pay, they need better beds, full size pillows, more towels, and better water pressure and temp control.

Great location. Access to the Garden and access to Hanover Street and Fanueil Hall. So convenient. Hotel staff is very accomodating and the rooms were clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an accessible room. The light controls were unfriendly. The shower controls were very confusing - it took me 5 minutes to get the shower to work. The TV recognized me but had no program no access.

This hotel is centrally located in a very nice area of the north side of the city. The property itself is very nice and clean , the rooms are standard size good enough for a family of 3. But what really standup for us was the staff , they are all amazing and professional. We had a special connection with Tony from the from desk, he is one of the most friendly , funny and unique character we’ve ever met. Tony and the rest of the staff made our stay very pleasant , thank you to all of them. Tony , thank you for all your attentions and all the laughs you made us have. We will see you again!

Absolute great hotel in downtown Boston.. very friendly staff and extremely helpful. The senior bar tender(I think) was exceptional as she recommended a walking tour which we took and later on I the night she provided the most awesome service and was great

This was my second time staying at this property and I will stay every time I visit Boston. Our room had a beautiful view of TD garden and the bridge. It was great to wake up to everyday.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The Boston hop on hop off trolley has a stop right across the street from it. It is adjacent to the basketball arena, so the traffic does tend to get heavy when there is an event there which made it slightly more difficult to get a Lyft or Uber. Also, side note, the beds are rather firm so if you are not used to that it might be hard to sleep. Other than that our room was very clean and comfortable.

You couldn't ask for a better location. You could easily walk to restaurants, shopping and events. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, I would definitely check the bedding BEFORE bedtime. The comforter and spare bed blanket were not clean which made me second guess the overall cleanliness!
