We will definitely stay here again. A good distance from transportation to Boston, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was soooo comfy! My partner and I slept great!

Check out was great. Check in gentleman did not deliver professional service however. But everything else was very good. It was clean and the grounds are well maintained. Decor was beautiful.

Arrived at 5 pm, rooms were not ready to check in. Stayed in the lobby for about two hours. Lady at the front desk took my phone number to call me whenever the room was ready.. never got a call. I had to go back and and ask again for the room almost two hours later I had to get ready, had somewhere to be and the wait was veryyy inconvenient.

We place a 50 hold on the credit card that you provide us for incidentals. Whatever you charge to your room is subtracted from that 50 and whatever's leftover is refunded to your card in 3-5 business days. I hope this helps. We hope to see you again.
