"Im Prinzip toller Aufenthalt. Aber die Rezeptionistin im SPA-Bereich war so unfreundlich und herablassend - das habe ich lange nicht in einem Luxushotel erlebt. Man musste sich rechtfertigen, wenn man mehr als 1 Handtuch wollte und erklären warum…! Ein anderer Gast wollte einen Spind in der Umkleide nutzen, der ihm verwehrt blieb, „er solle sich auf dem Zimmer umziehen „! Hier muss von der Direktion eingegriffen werden, es schmälert den positiven Gesamteindruck des Hotels nachhaltig!"
