NOTES - HOT TUB
The yard is shared and the hot tub is in an indoor and finished green house area separate from the house, but you must walk a couple feet outside to get there. It's new and for now, I'm leaning towards Noon - Midnight as the hours it will be available. If you are booking multiple nights or only 1-2 guests, just ask and I will consider having it open 24 hours as long as you are respectful and not too loud.
